Energy Saving
The operation of disc steam traps can be affected by cold air and rainwater, so to prevent steam waste, some TLV models are designed with an air jacket pressure chamber, and for better insulation, some models even feature a steam jacket chamber. The high-precision polished disc and nozzle ensure a tight seal, preventing steam waste.
Increased Production (Bimetallic Automatic Air Vent Feature)
If large amounts of air and condensate in the system cannot be discharged promptly during equipment startup, production efficiency may decrease. Except for models P21S, HR150A, and HR260A, all other models are equipped with an internal bimetallic automatic air vent. The valve is fully open at low temperatures, allowing rapid discharge of condensate and air.
Easy Maintenance
Except for models P2, P46SS, and FP32, the valve and seat of other models are single standard components, making maintenance economical and straightforward when replacement is needed due to wear, etc. The entire FP32 model steam trap can be replaced online.
