TERPS 8000 High-Precision Pressure Sensor

The TERPS 8000 High-Precision Pressure Sensor is a high-accuracy pressure sensor product developed by Druck using cutting-edge TERPS technology. TERPS stands for Trench Etched Resonant Pressure Sensor, and compared to existing pressure measurement technologies, it offers a higher level of accuracy and stability. Additionally, TERPS technology extends the pressure range to higher levels and significantly enhances the sensor's suitability for harsh environments through the introduction of a media-isolated structure.

Calibration Ranges:

Can be arbitrarily selected between 0~100kPa to 0~20MPa absolute pressure, *minimum calibration pressure 3.5kPa



● 8100 Series Standard Ranges:

0 to 200kPa absolute pressure

0 to 350kPa absolute pressure

Calibration Ranges:

35kPa~350kPa absolute pressure (*minimum span 100kPa)

35kPa~200kPa absolute pressure (*minimum span 50kPa)

35kPa~130kPa atmospheric pressure (*minimum span 35kPa)
