The washing and disinfection center is the first line of defense in modern, standardized, and planned breeding farm biosecurity management, playing a significant role in biological production safety. The primary task of the washing and disinfection center is the cleaning, disinfection, and drying of large animal transport vehicles. The cleaning and disinfection process is a critical factor in controlling biosecurity risks on farms. In particularly cold regions, a drying system can be optionally equipped.

The cleaning, disinfection, and drying center primarily focuses on thorough cleaning, disinfection, and drying of large animal transport vehicles for breeding farms. This prevents the introduction and widespread spread of harmful pathogens from external transport vehicles, thereby ensuring biosecurity within the breeding farm area. The cleaning room is designed with built-in anti-corrosion aluminum-plastic and other corrosion-resistant materials, with guide and anti-collision guardrails installed at the bottom to prevent accidents.

On both sides of the cleaning room, optional supporting facilities such as storage rooms, restrooms, shower rooms, staff dormitories, duty rooms, and disinfection rooms can be established. The cleaning, disinfection, and drying process includes: 1. Phone reservation and registration; 2. Drivers enter the duty room for manual registration (automatic registration recording can be optionally equipped); vehicles enter the washing and disinfection center; clean and disinfect the driver's cabin; drivers and accompanying personnel enter the personnel disinfection room for showering and disinfection.

Soak the exterior of the vehicle and the interior of the compartment with clean water. Spray foam cleaner. High-pressure clean water washing. Clean the underside of the vehicle. Overall foam disinfection of the vehicle (atomized disinfection can be added). Perform high-pressure cleaning again. The vehicle enters the drying room (specially designed so that when the vehicle reaches the predetermined drying position, part of the water on the body is already shed). After drying is completed, the vehicle exits the washing and disinfection center.
