WKF Microplate Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzer Calibration Device

I. Purpose

The Microplate Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzer Calibration Device is designed based on the analytical detection requirements of microplate chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzers and the metrological requirements for calibration equipment specified in JJF1849-2020 "Calibration Specification for Microplate Chemiluminescence Analyzers." It can conveniently serve as a metrological standard for calibration of such instruments by metrological technical institutions.

II. Composition and Technical Specifications of the WKF Microplate Chemiluminescence Immunoassay Analyzer Calibration Device

1. 450 nm light source, consisting of a tritium light source and a 450 nm interference filter, with a peak wavelength expanded uncertainty ≤1 nm; spectral bandwidth ≤15 nm.

2. A total of 4 spectrally neutral filters with nominal absorbance values at 450 nm of 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 (expanded uncertainty 0.01, k=2).

3. Two adapter light attenuators.

4. One adapter empty frame.

5. One dedicated 96-well microplate, one handling rod, and one pair of tweezers.

6. Two adapter traceability test frames.

7. One dedicated metal packaging case.
