Basic Introduction of Planetary Power Mixer:
The planetary power mixer is a highly efficient mixing equipment that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots.
The planetary power mixer has two motors. The low-speed stirring component uses planetary gear transmission. The stirring paddle rotates on its own axis while revolving, causing the material to move up, down, and around, achieving ideal mixing results in a short time. The high-speed dispersion component revolves together with the planetary frame,
while rotating at high speed, subjecting the material to intense shearing and dispersion mixing, with an effect several times that of ordinary mixers. The dispersion component is available in single or dual dispersion shafts, and customers can choose according to their needs.
Scrapers for the bottom and walls are installed inside the kettle, rotating around the kettle's axis to scrape off material adhering to the walls and incorporate it into the mix, resulting in more ideal mixing effects.
Structure and Features of the Planetary Power Mixer:
1. Mechanical seals and unique soft seals between the kettle body allow the material to be operated under vacuum;
2. The kettle body can be heated electrically, by steam, or by oil/water circulation heating. The unique temperature detection device on the kettle ensures accurate temperature, and cooling can be achieved with coils in the jacket;
3. The inner wall of the kettle is precision-machined by large vertical lathes, ensuring that the movable scrapers on the planetary frame completely scrape off material from the inner wall during rotation;
4. The kettle is equipped with dual-frame stirring paddles or multi-blade stirring paddles with bottom scrapers, which both revolve and rotate on their own axis, causing the material to move up, down, and around, achieving mixing effects in a very short time;
5. The revolution and rotation speeds of the stirring paddles in the kettle are adjusted by frequency conversion, allowing different speeds to be selected based on different processes and viscosities.
