Composition Characteristics:

Component A is composed of epoxy resin, anti-corrosion pigments, and extender pigments. Component B is an amine curing agent. This paint is a high-performance anti-corrosion topcoat with excellent chemical stability, heat resistance, moisture resistance, and oil resistance.

Product Features:

▲ Can air-dry at room temperature or be cured by baking;

▲ Tough and durable film with strong adhesion;

▲ Easy to sand without clogging sandpaper;

▲ Good water resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance.

Application Guidelines:

▲ Epoxy topcoat can be applied by spraying or brushing. Stir thoroughly before use. It can air-dry at room temperature or be baked at 60°C for one hour;

▲ Before coating, the substrate should be degreased and derusted to meet the required standards;

▲ This primer is compatible with alkyd, amino, epoxy, nitrocellulose, acrylic, and polyurethane topcoats;

▲ Mixing ratio: 5:1 (by weight).

Precautions:

▲ Avoid contact with water, oil, acid, alkali, and other substances during application;

▲ If spraying is used, the compressed air must be free of oil and moisture;

▲ Under proper storage and transportation conditions, the product has a shelf life of one year from the date of production. It can still be used after expiration if it passes inspection.
