Equipped with an original European imported fully enclosed compressor, single-unit mixed eco-friendly refrigeration technology, independent plate heat exchanger, and high-power condenser. The entire refrigeration system operates stably with low vibration, low noise, and a genuinely low cold trap temperature.
Control System:
Self-developed control program + 7-inch color touch screen, real-time display and recording of vacuum degree, cold trap temperature, material temperature, and shelf temperature to form a freeze-drying curve. Continuously records material and equipment status data, supports offline data browsing, analysis, printing, and storage, and is equipped with a USB data storage serial port.
Features automatic vacuum detection; if the vacuum degree does not meet the standard, the vacuum pump stops running.
Includes a vacuum pump usage time accumulation function to remind timely replacement of vacuum pump oil.
Equipped with compressor secondary start delay protection and thermal overload protection devices.
Configured with an anti-backflow two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump, using international standard KF16 quick-connect clamps for joints.
Structural Design:
The machine casing adopts a vertical arc integrated structure, with a 45° protruding round screen, ergonomic, simple, and elegant. The top contact surface of the machine is made of 304 stainless steel plate, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant.
The cold trap chamber has a large-sized opening with no refrigeration coils inside, accelerating sublimation rate and easy to clean. The entire material rack can be fully placed into the cold trap chamber, featuring sample pre-freezing function without the need for an additional ultra-low temperature freezer or liquid nitrogen for pre-freezing.
