Technical Advantages:
1. Manufactured from solid steel bar stock, ensuring excellent durability.
2. The KZE-B series female couplings feature a threaded sleeve locking structure, which mates with the corresponding external threads on the female socket. During connection, the male and female parts must be manually joined via threads.
3. The valve utilizes a hardened chrome alloy steel ball, which is spring-loaded to keep the valve firmly seated.
4. The valve provides a metal-to-metal seal between the steel ball and the internal conical surface.
5. The coupling seal is made of polyurethane rubber material, resistant to extrusion under high pressure.
6. The threaded valve retainer provides a valve stop, ensuring reliable centering of the valve.
