Overview
QIGAO Valve professionally produces and sells the Q941F electric flange ball valve. The actuator and the valve adopt a direct connection method, featuring a compact and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The electric flange ball valve can utilize various seat materials; the standard temperature type uses PTFE sealing, while the high-temperature type can use p-oxybenzene or metal hard sealing. It offers advantages such as low friction coefficient, small operating torque, and leakage that can achieve zero leakage. A variety of seat materials are available for selection, providing a wider range of applications. The actuator used with the electric flange ball valve can directly receive control signals of 4~20mA DC or 1~5V DC output from computers or industrial instruments. Based on the comparison between the valve position feedback signal and the set value, it intelligently adjusts the step distance of the actuator's drive motor (PID adjustment) to achieve precise positioning of the valve or other device openings paired with the actuator. It simultaneously outputs a 4~20mA DC position feedback signal. This electric flange ball valve is particularly suitable for media that are viscous, contain particles, or have fibrous properties. Currently, electric ball valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, light industry, papermaking, power stations, refrigeration, and other industrial fields.
Features
The electric flange ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in pipelines and can also be used for the regulation and control of fluids. Compared with other types of valves, it has the following advantages:
1. Low fluid resistance; the ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valve types. Even reduced-port ball valves have relatively low fluid resistance.
2. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, ensuring long-term smooth and flexible operation.
3. Excellent seat sealing performance. Sealing rings made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene are easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the rise in medium pressure.
4. Reliable stem sealing. Since the valve stem only performs rotational movement without lifting, the packing seal of the stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the medium pressure.
5. Due to the good self-lubricating properties of materials like polytetrafluoroethylene, the friction loss with the ball is small, resulting in a long service life for the ball valve.
6. The bottom-mounted stem and the step at the stem head prevent the stem from ejecting. If a fire damages the stem seal, the step can also form metal contact with the valve body, ensuring stem sealing.
7. Anti-static function: Springs are set between the ball, stem, and valve body to conduct static electricity generated during the switching process.
