(I) Purpose:

        The BLS series box-type exciter large banana screen is a linear vibrating screen with multiple sections of screen surfaces at different inclination angles. It is mainly used for particle size classification of large and medium-sized materials with high fine particle content, and can also be used for dewatering, de-medium, and de-sludging operations of medium and fine-grained materials.

 (II) Technical Features: 

        The banana-shaped multi-section screen surface facilitates material projection, reduces the rate of screen clogging, and greatly improves screening efficiency and machine processing capacity; 

      Side plates are made of high-strength structural steel, cut using CNC technology to ensure dimensional accuracy and precise hole positioning. High-strength bolts are used for connections, eliminating welding and avoiding thermal stress, which significantly prevents side plate cracking; 

      The exciter uses carburized and quenched helical gears for transmission, ensuring high load capacity and stable, reliable operation;

      Imported oil seals are used to prevent lubricant leakage during operation. Magnetic oil plugs adsorb fine metal particles inside the vibrator, purifying the lubricating oil;

      Imported vibration equipment bearings ensure operational reliability under vibration loads;

      The exciter housing is manufactured in one piece by CNC machining centers and inspected with a three-coordinate measuring instrument; 

        The exciter drive beam is made of high-strength steel plate with a box-shaped structural design. Automated welding with fixtures ensures high weld strength, and post-weld heat treatment eliminates residual welding stress;

      The crossbeam features a rectangular seamless tube structure with optimized cross-sectional strength. External polyurea spraying provides impact resistance; 

      Springs are metal spiral steel springs wrapped with rubber composite material, offering small amplitude in the resonance zone, low noise, and long service life;

      The screen plate uses stainless steel slot polyurethane-edged screen panels, which are long-lasting and easy to maintain.
