Product Introduction

The BLS series box-type exciter large banana screen is a linear vibrating screen with multiple sections of screen surfaces at different inclination angles. It is mainly used for particle size classification of large and medium-sized materials with high fine particle content, and can also be used for dewatering, de-medium, and de-sludging operations of medium and fine-grained materials.

  ■ Technical Features  

  ? Banana-shaped multi-section screen surface facilitates material projection, reduces screen hole blockage rate, and greatly improves screening efficiency and screen machine processing capacity;

  ? Side plates are made of high-strength structural steel, with high-precision CNC cutting for blanking, ensuring the accuracy of the shape and all hole positions. High-strength bolts are used for connection, eliminating welds to avoid thermal stress and greatly preventing side plate cracking;

  ? The exciter adopts high-precision carburized and quenched helical gears for transmission, ensuring load capacity, operational stability, and reliability; imported oil seals are used to prevent lubricant leakage during operation. Magnetic oil plugs adsorb fine metal debris inside the vibrator, purifying the lubricating oil; imported specialized bearings for vibrating equipment ensure reliability under vibration loads; the exciter housing is completed in one go by CNC machining centers and inspected with a three-coordinate measuring instrument;

  ? The exciter drive beam is made of high-strength steel plate with a box-shaped structure design, automatically welded with specialized fixtures, resulting in high weld strength. Post-weld heat treatment eliminates residual welding stress;

  ? The crossbeam adopts a rectangular seamless tube structure, providing more reasonable cross-sectional strength. The surface is sprayed with polyurea to ensure wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance;

  ? The springs are metal spiral steel springs wrapped with rubber composite springs, featuring small amplitude in the resonance zone, low noise, and long service life;

  ? The screen plate uses stainless steel slot polyurethane-edged screen panels, with high screen surface open area, wear resistance, long service life, and easy maintenance.
