Hitachi Energy ABB's IGBT power modules include single-phase, dual-phase/phase-arm, chopper IGBT, and dual-diode modules, with voltage ratings ranging from 1700 to 6500 volts. The high-power HiPak IGBT modules feature low losses, soft-switching performance, and a record-breaking safe operating area (SOA). The newly introduced 62Pak and LoPak fast-switching medium-power IGBT modules offer low switching losses, full 175°C operation, a square SOA, and a standard plug-and-play replaceable package.
