The high-power HiPak IGBT modules feature low loss, soft switching performance, and a record-breaking safe operating area (SOA). The newly introduced 62Pak and LoPak fast-switching medium-power IGBT modules offer low switching losses, full 175°C operation, a square SOA, and a standard plug-and-replace package design.
