Properties: White powder, soluble in carbon disulfide, benzene, chloroform, and strong alkaline solutions; insoluble in water and dilute alkalis; stable storage.
Applications: Due to the steric hindrance effect from the branched structure of diisobutyl in its molecule, ZDIBC significantly reduces the formation of N-nitrosamines during vulcanization compared to common unbranched ultra-accelerators. It is an efficient, environmentally friendly accelerator that yields vulcanizates with excellent mechanical properties. It serves as an ultra-accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex, and can be used in NR latex as a substitute for ZDEC and ZDBC.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags, or flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 2 years.
Note: This product can be processed into ultra-fine powder according to customer requirements.
