Applications:
WL209F is a novel multifunctional rubber vulcanization accelerator. It is low in toxicity, highly efficient, highly active, and provides a high degree of vulcanization. It is suitable for the rapid vulcanization of rubber products such as NR, SBR, BR, NBR, and EPDM, resulting in high production efficiency. It functions both as a vulcanizing agent and a vulcanization accelerator, with fast mixing speed and excellent dispersion uniformity. Neither the compound nor the vulcanized rubber exhibits blooming.
The general dosage of WL209F is 2.0-4.0 phr. It can replace the conventional thiuram/carbamate accelerator + S (insoluble sulfur or sulfur donor) vulcanization system. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the vulcanizate are superior to those of the sulfur vulcanization system, with high strength, good elasticity, and excellent tear resistance.
This product can be used in the production and manufacturing of various products in the rubber goods industry.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight.
Packaging: 25 kg paper-plastic composite bags with polyethylene inner lining or ton bags.
