Fluidization Plate
      The fluidization plate is meticulously manufactured using multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as the raw material, through specialized lamination design, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering processes. This plate not only retains the simple pore structure and uniform mesh size characteristics of ordinary metal woven wire mesh but also overcomes its shortcomings such as low strength, poor integrity, and unstable mesh shape. It can flexibly match and design the pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength of materials, demonstrating excellent comprehensive properties.

      Fluidization plates are widely used in purification and filtration, solid particle separation and recovery, divergent cooling in extreme high-temperature environments, airflow distribution control, air flotation transmission, gas sampling, enhanced mass and heat transfer, as well as flame retardancy and explosion prevention. Their product features are distinct: fixed mesh shape, uniform pore size, no blind holes, strong flow capacity, excellent permeability, and minimal resistance loss.         The discs are arranged from top to bottom. Through the action of the pagoda fluidization disc, the material inside the pump body is effectively fluidized. Compressed air drives the fluidized material outward for conveyance. Meanwhile, under the dual cutting and fluidizing effects of supplementary air and conical annular airflow, the material in the pipeline achieves further fluidization and acceleration, successfully enabling long-distance material transport. This fluidization disc is composed of precisely machined steel wear-resistant rings stacked in multiple layers in a pagoda style and assembled with fasteners. The stacking width exceeds 30mm, and the stacking gap is less than 0.8mm, ensuring the flow capacity exceeds the required cross-section. Due to its large stacking surface, the natural angle of repose formed by the powder inside the pump body prevents the powder from easily entering the fluidization disc. When the pump is activated, air jets out from the lateral gaps of the multi-layer stacked steel rings, efficiently fluidizing the powder inside the pump.
