 The PQ-2000 model is a practical injection gun developed for small and medium-sized blast furnaces, with its core features being simple structure and convenient operation: 1. Structural Composition It consists of the gun pipe (main conveying channel), gun head outer sleeve (protects the core components of the gun head), multi-hole gun head (key atomization component), and gun head cover (fixation and sealing). The overall structure is compact, with low difficulty in assembly and maintenance.

 2. Core Working Principle Its core advantage lies in the multi-hole gun head design: the gun head is uniformly equipped with multiple round holes. When the pulverized coal airflow passes through, it is divided into multiple fine streams, increasing the contact area with the blast furnace's hot air to achieve "rapid mixing and full combustion," effectively improving coal utilization and reducing the impact of unburned coal on the blast furnace condition. 3. Operation Process ? Start Injection: Insert the gun from the bayonet end into the blast furnace's blowpipe, and after connecting to the ball valve (injection gun check valve), coal injection can begin. Installation and positioning are accurate and convenient. ? Stop Injection: After withdrawing the gun, the elastic components inside the ball valve (such as the V-shaped metal spring) automatically reset, pushing the conical piston plate to seal the channel, preventing high-temperature gas and hot air from escaping, ensuring operational safety.
