Suitable for hardfacing sealing surfaces of medium-temperature high-pressure stop valves operating at temperatures below 510°C.
A low-hydrogen sodium type coated 1Cr13 valve hardfacing electrode. The deposited metal is 1Cr13 semi-ferritic high-chromium steel. The hardfacing layer exhibits air-hardening properties, with high medium-temperature hardness, good thermal stability, and erosion resistance.
