Non-Shrink Self-Compacting Polymer Concrete is a non-shrink, high-strength, vibration-free concrete developed as a cost-effective alternative to conventional grouting materials. Its performance is essentially consistent with grouting materials, capable of self-compacting formation, and exhibits no shrinkage during the hardening process, with excellent bonding to old concrete interfaces.

I. Product Features

High cohesiveness ensures no segregation during concrete flow and placement;

High water retention ensures no surface bleeding during the hardening process;

High fluidity ensures self-leveling and compact formation;

High strength (maximum strength up to 80MPa), high frost resistance, and high impermeability;

No shrinkage during hardening, with micro-expansion properties;

High bonding strength with old concrete;

Excellent anti-corrosion resistance against chloride ion erosion;

Strong resistance to vibration interference during setting and hardening, allowing construction without traffic interruption in projects like highway and railway bridge reinforcement.

III. Application Scope

◇ Concrete projects with dense reinforcement, complex shapes, or不便振搗 (inconvenient vibration);

◇ Concrete project renovation and reinforcement; 

◇ Projects requiring high bonding strength between new and old concrete interfaces;

◇ Frost-resistant, impermeable, and corrosion-resistant concrete;

◇ Waterproof concrete, steel tube concrete, and shrinkage-compensating concrete (pumped) construction;

◇ Large-area concrete floor self-leveling construction.

IV. Construction Methods

The construction and pouring of non-shrink self-leveling compact concrete for beams and columns present high technical difficulties, representing the core and most substantial part of the reinforcement project. Three major challenges must be addressed:

①、Ensuring it "flows" without vibration and without bleeding;

②、Ensuring newly poured concrete "bonds" effectively with existing old concrete without interface treatment, preventing new interface formation and guaranteeing協(xié)同工作 (collaborative work) between old and new concrete;

③、Achieving "high strength" while meeting the "flowability" requirement.
