Established in 1953, Henan Province Kailun Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly Henan Province Huaxian Chemical Plant) stands as one of the longest-standing rubber additive manufacturers in China. The company is a designated rubber additive production plant of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, a member unit of the China Rubber Industry Association, and one of the drafting units for national standards on rubber additives. It currently holds assets of 250 million yuan and produces 50,000 tons annually of "Torch" brand rubber antioxidants, vulcanization accelerators, insoluble sulfur for rubber, processing aids, adhesives, and more.
