Vibratory conveying is the third form of bulk material transportation, alongside traditional mechanical conveying and pneumatic conveying. The material is carried within the conveying vessel and, under the action of vibratory force, forms a forward parabolic force to achieve a complete conveying process.

Vibratory conveying drives are typically divided into two forms: 1. Specialized vibration motors; 2. Electromagnetic vibrators.

Conveying vessels: Trough type, tube type.

Equipment composition: Long-distance conveying (dual-structure body) and short-distance conveying (single-structure body), available in open or sealed designs.
Equipment components: Specialized vibration motors, electromagnetic vibrators, conveying tubes, conveying troughs, drive saddles, high-elasticity, high-vibration-isolation metal coil springs or rubber springs, leaf springs, structural bodies, controllers, flexible connections, and clamps, among others.

Advantages of vibratory conveyors:
1. The equipment is suitable for conveying various powdered and granular bulk materials, such as plastic pellets, flour, activated carbon, iron oxide, lithium salts, cobalt salts, etc. It is particularly suitable for conveying fragile materials, such as potato chips, cereal flakes, tablets, pills, etc.
2. The maximum conveying distance for a single-structure vibratory conveyor is up to 7.2 meters, while for a dual-structure vibratory conveyor, it is up to 30 meters.
3. Depending on material characteristics, additional functions such as heating, cooling, and drying can be incorporated.
4. The equipment has low power consumption and zero utility consumption (vibration motors are non-utility-consuming standard equipment).
5. The equipment can be designed with multiple inlets and outlets, features low noise, reliable performance, stable operation, ease of use, and low maintenance costs.

Vibratory conveyors are primarily used in industries such as new energy (lithium battery), food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and building materials.
