The operation is electric one-button lifting, driven by a motor with a reducer using a chain for lifting, offering strong load capacity and smooth up-and-down movement without jamming.

3.The working head section can operate with up-and-down elasticity,allowing flexible vertical movement of the head. This provides excellent tolerance for the flatness of the brushed and polished product surface and offers adaptability for other shaped products.

4.The core shaft of the brushing and polishing wheel is manufactured according to the process requirements of hardware molds. It undergoes heat treatment first, followed by straightening, and then turning to achieve the desired shaft shape. This processing results in a harder and more wear-resistant shaft.
