1.Product Introduction

Concentrated tetrafluoroethylene emulsion for coating, impregnation, etc. This product is a liquid, a dispersion concentrate of polymerized tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of nonionic surfactants, with a polytetrafluoroethylene solid content of approximately 60% (wt). Products treated with this dispersion concentrate exhibit excellent chemical corrosion resistance, such as resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, etc., outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance, and wear resistance, with a long-term service temperature range of -200°C to +250°C. They also possess excellent electrical insulation properties, unaffected by temperature and frequency.

3.Product Labeling, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1 Labeling

The packaging drum of this product should have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, etc.

3.2 Product Packaging

This product should be packaged in sealed plastic drums, with a net content of (25±0.1) kg per drum.

3.3 Product Storage

1. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, keeping the container tightly closed.
2. If not used up within three months, shake it once a week to avoid sedimentation.

3.4 Product Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. Avoid severe vibration, high-temperature exposure, and bumpy ground transportation during transit.

4.Main Applications

Impregnation of glass fiber, asbestos, etc., particularly suitable for the production of medium to high-end non-stick coatings.
