1. Product Introduction

Polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder is a micronized low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene used to improve heat resistance, lubricity, self-cleaning properties, and wear resistance in various application fields.

The polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder undergoes a specific process to reduce its molecular weight and is further crushed and refined through special techniques to achieve a particle size level of 3.0–5.0 micrometers.

Due to its fine particle composition, it can be blended into the desired application system using conventional mixing equipment.

Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (25 ± 0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging arrangements shall be negotiated between the supplier and the customer if required.

Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be kept dry and protected from severe vibration.
