Filling and Torsion-Resistant Layer: Internally filled with high-strength jute rope or composite fiber rope to enhance cable strength; a torsion-resistant layer with high-strength tensile fiber braiding improves the cable's torsion resistance and prevents twisting damage.

Outer Sheath: Made of flame-retardant silicone rubber, or alternatively, an outer sheath with a composite reinforced braided layer and a halogen-free mixture outer sheath, serving to protect the internal structure with features such as waterproofing, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Working Voltage: 0.6/1KV, test voltage required is 2500V, conductor resistance at 20°C according to VDE0295 and IEC60228 Class 5, consisting of multi-strand bare copper or tinned copper wires, insulation resistance ≥20MΩ/km (20°C)

Operating Environment: Long-term operating temperature not exceeding 80°C, operating temperature range for fixed installation is -40°C to +80°C, and for mobile installation is -30°C to +80°C. Features include waterproofing, wear resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, UV resistance, scratch resistance, etc., enabling adaptation to outdoor and various harsh environments. It can also function normally in the damp and oily conditions of ports.

Mechanical Properties: Capable of withstanding high mechanical stress, suitable for applications with tensile and torsional stresses, and possesses flame-retardant self-extinguishing properties, ensuring a certain level of safety in the event of fire and preventing the spread of flames.
