Overview:

The DRHY series hydraulic lifting high-shear emulsifier is a batch-type industrial production emulsification equipment designed for large-scale processing, with a capacity ranging from 20 to 8000L. This equipment utilizes mechanical force to narrow the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials, uniformly distributing one phase into another or multiple phases, achieving refined homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification effects, thereby forming a stable emulsion state. The working head features a bidirectional feeding structure, meticulously crafted from stainless steel forgings. It is processed using imported CNC machining centers and undergoes dynamic and static balance testing to ensure stable operation.

Principle:

The high-precision clearance fit between the rotor and stator, combined with the high-speed rotation of the motor, creates a vacuum that draws material from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy generates extremely high linear speed at the rotor, subjecting the material to intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, interlayer friction, and strong shearing within the rotor-stator gap before being ejected. Under the action of multiple directional forces, strong turbulence is generated. With appropriate emulsifiers and mature processes, the material undergoes repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing over a certain period to produce a stable emulsion.

By controlling the oil pump, the hydraulic frame is driven to lift, which in turn moves the transmission mechanism and working assembly. The operation is simple, and the lifting process is smooth.
