Overview:

The DCB series horizontal grinding mill is an intelligent nanoscale wet grinding equipment. This equipment adopts a sealed continuous operation mode. Compared with conventional horizontal bead mills, it offers higher grinding efficiency, finer particle size (nanoscale), broader application range (capable of grinding medium to high viscosity materials), and better wear resistance. The entire machine is controlled by an intelligent PLC system, enabling real-time monitoring and protection of water temperature, water pressure, material temperature, material pressure, air pressure, current, etc. It also allows historical query of various faults, facilitating equipment maintenance and servicing. This equipment is widely used in industries such as coatings, inks, pigments, color pastes, cosmetics, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals. It is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

Main Features:

a. Reinforced frame design, rational structure, stable operation, and easy maintenance;

b. Integrated mechanical seal, reliable and safe sealing with long service life;

c. Dynamic design ensures smooth material flow and enhances grinding efficiency; the gap can be adjusted to 0.4mm, and users can choose grinding media of φ0.6～φ1.2 mm, creating conditions for improving product fineness;

d. The grinding chamber liner is made of high-wear-resistant alloy steel, specially treated for high wear resistance and long service life. Polyurethane or zirconia structures can be adopted as needed, ensuring equipment wear resistance while solving metal contamination issues. A unique moving guide rod ejection mechanism design facilitates easy opening for cleaning or barrel replacement;

e. Original design of pin + dial rotor, both made of high-wear-resistant materials, significantly improving grinding efficiency;

f. Triple cooling system for the inner, outer, and end surfaces ensures timely heat dissipation during grinding. Equipped with PLC monitoring and protection systems for water temperature, material temperature, material pressure, water pressure, air pressure, etc., ensuring normal operation of the equipment.
