Principle:

Through the high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc, the material forms a annular flow, generating a strong vortex that spirals downward to the bottom of the eddy current. Intense shear impact and friction between particles achieve rapid dispersion, dissolution, and uniform mixing. The hydraulic frame is raised and lowered by controlling the oil pump, which in turn drives the entire transmission mechanism, sealed lid, and working head to move up and down.
