2.15KV Insulating Rubber Sheets, Insulating Rubber Boards, Insulating Rubber Mats

(1). Overview of 15KV Insulating Rubber Sheets, Insulating Rubber Boards, and Insulating Rubber Mats:

①. Introduction: Enhances the insulation between workers and the ground, made from special rubber. Insulating rubber sheets are also known as insulating rubber boards, insulating rubber mats, insulating blankets, etc. They are rubber mats with high volume resistivity and resistance to electrical breakdown, made from non-polar rubbers with excellent insulating properties such as NR, SBR, and IIR. Used as desktop or floor insulating materials in work environments like power distribution.

②. Appearance: Spots or unevenness: depth or height must not exceed the thickness tolerance of the rubber mat; bubbles: no more than 5 bubbles per square meter with an area less than 1cm2, and the distance between any two bubbles should be at least 40mm; impurities: depth and length should not exceed the thickness of the rubber mat and should be at least 40mm; uneven edges or sponginess: width should not exceed 10mm, length should not exceed 1/10 of the total length of the rubber mat; cracks: not allowed.
