Wall titanium aluminum panels refer to architectural decorative materials that are processed through chromating and other treatments, followed by fluorocarbon spraying technology. AkzoNobel fluorocarbon coatings mainly refer to polyvinylidene fluoride resin (KANAR500), which is divided into primer, topcoat, and varnish. The spraying process generally involves two coats, three coats, or four coats. Fluorocarbon coatings offer excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, resisting acid rain, salt spray, and various air pollutants. They have exceptional cold and heat resistance, withstand strong ultraviolet radiation, maintain long-term color stability without fading or powdering, and have a long service life.

The structure of aluminum panels mainly consists of components such as the panel, stiffeners, and corner codes. The maximum size for formed large workpieces can reach 8000mm×1800mm (L×W)

Coatings used include brands such as American PPG, American Valspar, Dutch AkzoNobel, Korean KCC, and others. The coating process involves two coats and one bake or three coats and two bakes, with coating performance meeting the AAMA2605-98 standard of AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) and ASCA (American Society for Coating Applications).
