• Usage Instructions
  • Preparation: Clean the prototype of the cement wall tile component to be replicated and apply a release agent to ensure the silicone mold can be demolded smoothly.
  • Mixing the Compound: Mix component A and component B of the liquid silicone rubber uniformly according to the specified ratio, such as common ratios of 100:2 or 100:3. The specific ratio depends on the product model.
  • Deaeration Treatment: Place the mixed silicone rubber into a vacuum machine for deaeration to remove air bubbles from the compound, ensuring the quality of the mold.
  • Pouring the Mold: Slowly pour the deaerated silicone rubber into the enclosed prototype mold, ensuring it fully fills all corners of the prototype.
  • Curing and Molding: At room temperature, the silicone rubber will cure over a certain period to form an elastic mold. The curing time is generally 3-5 hours, depending on the ambient temperature and the amount of curing agent added.
  • Demolding and Trimming: After the silicone rubber has fully cured, carefully remove the mold from the prototype, then trim the mold to remove excess silicone, resulting in a mold ready for producing cement wall tile components.
