Operation Process
Material Preparation: Liquid mold silicone rubber is typically a two-component system, where Component A is silicone and Component B is the curing agent. Mix the two according to the ratio specified in the product instructions, for example, some products require a 1:1 ratio of Components A and B.

Mixing and Stirring: Thoroughly mix and stir Components A and B to ensure uniform consistency of the mixed silicone. Inadequate mixing may result in partial or incomplete curing of the mold.

Deaeration Treatment: The mixed silicone needs to undergo vacuum deaeration to remove air bubbles, preventing the formation of bubbles in the mold that could affect the quality of the cast product. The vacuum time should not be too long, generally not exceeding ten minutes.

Mold Making: Apply the treated silicone by brushing or pouring it onto the product or model to be cast. Before applying the silicone, apply a release agent to the surface of the product or model to facilitate subsequent demolding. For complex molds, gauze fiber cloth can be embedded in the silicone to enhance its strength and tensile properties.

Curing and Molding: The silicone cures at room temperature, and the curing time can be controlled by adjusting the ratio of the curing agent. Generally, the more curing agent added, the faster the curing speed, but this may also affect the performance of the mold, so adjustments should be made reasonably based on actual conditions.
