1. Preliminary Preparation

  • Prepare materials and tools: two-component high-hardness liquid silicone rubber (Component A base膠 + Component B curing agent), mixing container, stirring rod, electronic scale, shoe mold positioning prototype, release agent (such as Vaseline or specialized silicone oil).
  • Treat the prototype surface: clean dust, oil stains, and burrs from the positioning prototype to ensure a dry and smooth surface.
  • Apply release agent: evenly brush the release agent onto the prototype surface, let it air dry to avoid adhesion during subsequent demolding.

2. Mixing and Stirring

  • Weigh according to the product instructions: common ratio is Component A : Component B = 10:1 (by weight). Use an electronic scale for precise measurement, as deviation in ratio can affect curing results.
  • Mix at low speed: pour Component B into Component A and stir slowly in one direction for 3-5 minutes, ensuring no visible bubbles or white streaks.
