Silicone Mixing and Pouring
Ratio Calculation: Weigh according to the silicone and curing agent instructions (e.g., 100g silicone + 100g curing agent, addition type requires strict equal amounts). Pour into a measuring cup and stir slowly clockwise for 3-5 minutes to avoid generating bubbles.

Debubbling Treatment: If conditions permit, pour the silicone liquid into a vacuum debubbling machine for 5-10 minutes; if no equipment is available, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, or use a toothpick to pop large surface bubbles.

Mold Pouring: Slowly pour the silicone liquid along the edge of the prototype into a pre-built mold frame (e.g., enclosed with wood boards or tape), ensuring complete coverage of the prototype with a thickness of 5-10mm (too thin and it may break easily, too thick and it wastes material).
3. Curing and Demolding

Curing Time: Addition-type silicone cures in about 4-6 hours at 25°C, condensation type requires 24 hours; if acceleration is needed, heat to 60°C and bake for 1-2 hours (note the prototype's temperature resistance).

Demolding Techniques: After curing, carefully peel the silicone mold along the parting line to avoid deformation from pulling; for complex prototypes, the mold can be cut open first (repair with silicone later) before removing the prototype.
