Following the process of "Mixing - Pouring - Curing - Demolding" ensures mold quality. Specific steps are as follows:

Pre-treat the original mold: Clean the surface of the flower pot (original mold) to be replicated. If the surface is smooth and easy to demold, it can be used directly. If there are small holes or areas prone to sticking, apply a layer of release agent (such as Vaseline) first.

Accurately measure AB adhesive: Strictly follow the product instructions' ratio (commonly 100:2) to mix Component A (silicone) and Component B (curing agent). It is recommended to use an electronic scale for measurement to avoid incomplete curing or excessive hardness due to ratio deviations.

Stirring and degassing: After mixing, stir slowly along the container wall to reduce bubble formation. If there are many bubbles, let it sit for 5-10 minutes for natural degassing, or use a vacuum machine for degassing (for higher requirements).

Pouring and curing: Slowly pour the mixed silicone into the fixed original mold container, ensuring the silicone completely covers the original mold. Then let it cure at room temperature. The curing time depends on the product instructions, typically 4-8 hours (lower temperatures will extend the curing time).

Demolding and trimming: After curing is complete, gently peel off the silicone mold. If there are excess burrs on the edges, trim them with scissors or a blade, and it is ready for subsequent flower pot casting.
