Silicone Mixing and Pouring
Ratio Control: Strictly weigh base膠, crosslinking agent, and catalyst according to the manufacturer's instructions. Inadequate mixing may result in localized non-curing or hardness variations.

Deaeration Treatment: For large molds, vacuum deaeration is recommended (vacuum degree: -0.08MPa, deaeration time: 5-10 minutes) to avoid bubbles affecting mold surface smoothness. If not feasible, apply multiple thin layers of pouring to minimize bubble retention.

Layered Pouring: For molds with a height >30cm, pour in 2-3 layers (each interval 4-6 hours, allowing preliminary curing of the previous layer) to prevent excessive exothermic heat from one-time pouring, which could affect silicone performance.

Curing and Demolding
