Precautions
Accurate Ratio:
The ratio error between liquid mold silicone and curing agent must be controlled within ±5%, otherwise it may lead to incomplete curing or excessive brittleness.
Environmental Control:
The operating environment must be well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures or humidity. Humidity exceeding 80% may affect the curing effect.
Prototype Selection:
If the prototype is made of metal or glass, ensure even application of release agent to prevent adhesion; if made of organic materials (such as plastic), test compatibility to avoid corrosion.
Storage Method:
Unused liquid mold silicone should be stored sealed and away from light. Cured molds should avoid direct sunlight and be stored in a cool, dry place to extend their service life.
