Therefore, in this standard formulation process, the drafting group has focused on adding relevant requirements for access control video system construction based on the original "Technical Guidelines," aiming to provide technical support for enterprises and local environmental protection departments in hardware, software, networking, daily management, standardized records, transmission protocols, and other aspects. Additionally, beyond supporting performance classification policies, access control video system construction can serve as an important means for enterprise self-management and local environmental supervision, encouraging industries beyond Class A and B key enterprises to enhance their systems.
This section specifies the system framework for access control video surveillance, hardware and software requirements for enterprise implementation, data reporting, network requirements, system security, and other criteria. It also outlines multiple requirements for the regulatory system, including information management, blacklist distribution, control strategy issuance, information verification, suspicious data transmission, data statistics aggregation, data querying, violation alerts, data reporting, and corresponding evaluations.
