Standard Process Flow:

Degreasing — Rinsing — Passivation — Rinsing — Stabilization — Rinsing — Pure Water Soak — Drying and Packaging

Precautions:

Containers for passivation can generally use plastic baskets, plastic tanks, or stainless steel tanks.

Passivation temperature is 70°C for 30 minutes; stabilization temperature is 65°C for 15 minutes.

The passivation solution does not contain harmful substances and is environmentally friendly.

It passes the nationally standardized blue dot test, with no blue dot appearing within 35 seconds.

Operators must wear labor protection gear to avoid contact between the solution and skin.

For wastewater treatment, neutralize with alkaline lime water or CH2OH until the pH reaches 7 before discharge, ensuring no environmental impact.
