2. It is important to complete customer production requirements on time, avoiding delayed deliveries. Instead, strive for quick response, fast production, and prompt delivery.
3. During plastic mold processing, pay attention to the maintenance of the molds, especially the outer surface of the mold base. Avoid defects, dust, rust, etc., and keep it clean.
4. After completing plastic mold processing, also pay attention to mold maintenance. The mold surface must be cleaned thoroughly and kept clean.
5. During mold handover and acceptance, follow standardized procedures and relevant acceptance forms for item-by-item inspection. Only after passing inspection can the mold be packaged and shipped.
