The OMAT electric through single seat control valve consists of an OMAT series (or PSL series) linear electronic electric actuator and a through single seat valve. It features servo functionality, accepts a unified standard signal of 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC, converts the current signal into corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the valve opening, and achieves continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. It is suitable for applications with strict leakage requirements, low differential pressure before and after the valve, and certain viscosity or containing a small amount of fibrous media.

1. This series of products adopts a fully detachable structure with low operating torque. Internal valve components (including valve seat, valve core, throttling assembly, sealing parts, etc.) can all be removed from the valve cavity, making maintenance very convenient. The valve body does not need to be cut from the pipeline and can be used for a long time.
2. The valve core adopts a plunger balanced structure, with low operating torque and high sensitivity.
3. The throttling assembly consists of a multi-orifice plate converging throttling ring and a sleeve-type throttling sleeve, paired with a flow equalizing cover. Therefore, it features comprehensive characteristics such as no cavitation at small flow and high pressure difference, large flow capacity, good regulation performance, and no noise during fluid discharge. It fully meets the requirements of harsh working conditions like high pressure difference and effectively achieves flow regulation and control of high-temperature, high-pressure differential fluids with good adjustability and high regulation accuracy.
4. The throttling ring can achieve multi-stage pressure reduction and throttling within 55% of the valve working stroke.
5. The sealing surfaces of the valve core and valve seat are overlay welded with Stellite hard alloy, providing resistance to erosion and corrosion.
