OMAT Proportional Integral Electric Control ValveOverview

The Oumat proportional integral electric control valve QS series valve actuator is a built-in 24V/AC bidirectional reversible motor linear actuator. It can accept and feedback 0-10V or 4-20mA control signals. When used in conjunction with the KT/KTF series valve bodies, it provides proportional control to regulate the flow of medium in pipelines. It is widely used in air conditioning, heating, and other systems, and can also be paired with other valves through different connectors. The actuator must be installed vertically on the valve body and should not be mounted below it. Sufficient space must be reserved for routine maintenance.

The electric proportional control valve operates by adjusting the valve opening angle to control the degree of opening and cross-sectional area. During the motor's rotation, linear resistance values are continuously fed back to the control unit. The control unit compares and judges based on the measured value and the feedback resistance from the electric control valve, issuing control signals to reach the target position and stopping immediately upon arrival.
