Electrode humidifier principle
Utilizing the conductivity of water, the electrodes at both ends are connected through water, thereby heating the water to boiling and producing steam output. The corresponding control equipment achieves the humidification effect. Since it operates based on the conductivity of water, this type of machine cannot use pure water. When the electrode steam humidifier is working, the water inlet valve opens, and water enters the bottom of the electrode tank, gradually rising to contact the electrodes. The electrodes form a current loop through the water, heating the water and bringing it to a boil. The higher the water level, the greater the current passing through. The humidification capacity can be controlled by adjusting the water level. When the water level reaches the appropriate high point, the main controller closes the water inlet valve. As steam output continues, the water level in the electrode tank gradually decreases. At this point, the main controller reopens the water inlet valve to replenish the electrode tank with fresh water, allowing it to continue producing steam output to meet humidification needs.
