Polyurethane anti-spilling skirtboard is a strip-shaped, double-layered rubber sheet at the bottom. The part in contact with the belt needs to withstand significant friction over time, so we typically use polyurethane blocks for this section, as polyurethane has extremely strong wear resistance.

The polyurethane blocks and rubber sheet are bonded using a hot vulcanization process, ensuring they can endure prolonged friction without separating from the rubber. The rubber used in the anti-spilling skirtboard is synthetic rubber. During vulcanization, we incorporate a certain proportion of heat-resistant, aging-resistant, and wear-resistant additives such as styrene-butadiene rubber.
