Catalytic combustion is an exhaust gas treatment technology that utilizes a catalyst to lower the combustion temperature of organic compounds, enabling their oxidative decomposition at relatively low temperatures. Catalytic combustion products are equipment developed based on this technology, designed to treat various volatile organic compound (VOCs) exhaust gases. 

Performance Characteristics

1. High-Efficiency Purification: Capable of converting organic compounds in exhaust gases into harmless substances, with purification efficiency typically reaching over 90%. 

2. Low-Temperature Combustion: The ignition temperature is relatively low, generally between 200 - 400°C, resulting in energy savings. 

3. No Secondary Pollution: The combustion products are mainly carbon dioxide and water, making it environmentally friendly. 

4. Stable Operation: The equipment is easy to operate, with stable and reliable performance and low maintenance costs. 

Technical Parameters

1. Airflow Handling Capacity: Ranging from several thousand cubic meters per hour to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters per hour, depending on the model and specifications. 

2. Purification Efficiency: Typically between 90% - 99%. 

3. Catalyst Service Life: Generally 2 - 5 years, depending on usage conditions and exhaust gas composition. 

4. Equipment Resistance: Typically between 800 - 1500 Pa.
