Properties:  White powder, odorless and tasteless, extremely hygroscopic. Dissolves in water to form a highly viscous transparent liquid. Viscosity is 15-20 times that of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and sodium alginate. Viscosity increases under alkaline conditions; long-term storage shows little change in viscosity, and it is not prone to spoilage.

Applications: Sodium Polyacrylate is primarily used as a thickening agent. It is widely applied in the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cosmetics, and toothpaste production.

Storage and Transportation: Should be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse. Avoid moisture during transportation, keep away from heat sources, store separately from toxic substances, handle with care during loading and unloading, and seal tightly to prevent moisture absorption.
