Properties: This product is a white crystalline powder or granules, odorless, with a very strong bitter taste, melting point 163-170°C, highly soluble in water, ethanol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, etc., and its aqueous solution is neutral.

Uses: This product is the best alcohol denaturant and is known as the bitterest substance in the world. It becomes unbearable at a concentration of 0.003% in solution.
