It can be paired with calcium-iron analyzers, infrared spectroscopy (IR), and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analytical instruments. Using specific molds, it can press powder materials like potassium bromide (KBr) and sodium chloride (NaCl) into various test pieces, cylinders, special-shaped bodies, or composite structures for scientific analysis and research. It is also suitable for other applications requiring corresponding pressure, serving as a press to test and analyze the pressure resistance of various objects, making it highly versatile.

The Xinnuo SYP series manual powder tablet press is a new generation pressure molding machine developed by Xinnuo Company based on feedback and suggestions from university professors to meet current market demands. This machine has undergone comprehensive optimization and improvements. Notably, it features an integrated structure where the oil cylinder, oil tank, mainboard, and piston are all housed in one unit, eliminating sealed connections, reducing oil leakage points, and minimizing the likelihood of leaks. The design prioritizes ease of cleaning and maintenance for users. The Xinnuo SYP-60EFS 60-ton fluorescence tablet press is commonly used for preparing samples for laboratory fluorescence spectrometers, hence also known as a fluorescence tablet press. When paired with appropriate X-ray fluorescence boric acid molds or steel ring molds, it can prepare test pieces required for fluorescence spectrometer testing. The main difference between this model and the SYP-60EF 60-ton powder tablet press is that the SYP-60EFS uses a digital display pressure gauge with a pressure range of 0.00-40.00 MPa and a display accuracy of 0.01 MPa. Other parameters are the same as the SYP-60EF. Both models use imported pressure sensors and come with an acrylic protective cover, making them suitable for applications or experiments requiring precise pressure control.
