It can be paired with calcium-iron analyzers, infrared spectroscopy (IR), and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analytical instruments. Using specific molds, it can press powder materials like potassium bromide (KBr) and sodium chloride (NaCl) into various test pieces, cylinders, special-shaped bodies, or composite structures for scientific analysis and research. It is also suitable for other applications requiring corresponding pressure, serving as a press to test and analyze the pressure resistance of various objects, making it highly versatile.

The SYP-60EF 60-ton tablet press is commonly used in laboratories for preparing samples for fluorescence spectrometers, often referred to as a fluorescence tablet press. When equipped with appropriate X-ray fluorescence boric acid molds, steel ring molds, plastic ring molds, etc., it can prepare test pieces required for fluorescence spectrometer testing. The main difference between this model and the SYP-60EFS hydraulic press is that the SYP-60EF uses a pointer-type dual-scale pressure gauge, displaying both [Pressure Tons] and [Cylinder Pressure MPa], eliminating the need for conversion during pressure application and avoiding mold overpressure. Other parameters are the same as the SYP-60EFS. Both use imported pressure sensors and come with an acrylic protective cover.
