Mode of Action
The ink achieves water repellency through increased incompatibility with water, creating a lotus leaf effect. The solution must be completely dry after application to achieve ideal results. |
Application Areas
1. Acts as an isolation agent during ceramic glazing processes. 2. Provides water repellency in ceramic printing. 3. Offers water-repellent effects in pad printing. |
Mixing Method and Processing Guidance
Mix 10 parts ink with 7-10 parts pigment and grind. Can be made into screen-print water-repellent ink or pad printing ink. |
Note
After application, remaining solution must be sealed and stored in a cool, dry place. |
Storage Method
Store in a cool, dry place. Close tightly immediately after use. |
